Talk: Improving Test Process in a small size projects
There are a lot of models and frameworks to improve testing process. But when it comes to a small projects it’s not that easy. Some models, like TMM or STEP might be too heavy and rather kill the process than improve it. Other models, like TSM or TAP are poorly described, so it’s not possible to apply them. And even models created for a small size projects like MTPF or MPT.BR have cons that might make impossible their usage.
In this talk I’ll share my experience in selection and applying test improvement process model in a small project. Answer the questions why and what model was selected, what actions were taken as part of test process improvement and what results we had.
