Talk: "The same just new": what to expect and beware
There is a moment in a company's life when they understand that the application they are using is old. There might be a lot of reasons for this. Anyway, the company decides to do a "remake" even if they don't need any change of functionality. For most of the people it looks like an easy project as "everything is already known". However, in reality it’s a little bit more complicated. I'm going to talk about the question you need to ask when you start such projects and what issues might appear there.
