Talk: Setup QA stream in big company
Usually large companies have big number of systems developed and in maintenance. All systems are working on prod and most critical of them set under monitoring. For telco sphere accessibility KPI is 99.999% of time. In this situation every production update should be tested very carefully, because every outage of critical system leads to mass complaints from customers. In my speech I'll share the way of process unification for all systems, setting useful tools and organization of QA stream to cover most of releases with proper testing service and quality gates.
